AC Milan are one of the clubs to have shown an interest in signing Philippe Coutinho from Barcelona, according to one journalist.
There is still a big question mark about the man who will come in and occupy the attacking midfield role, or at least alternate it with Brahim Diaz. A number of targets have been linked such as Nikola Vlasic and Hakim Ziyech, but there is nothing close to completion.
According to Toni Juanmarti of Sport on Twitch (via Transferzone), Milan and some Premier League clubs have shown interest in Coutinho. His wages are high though, which is proving to be a stumbling block for the Catalan side with regards to loaning him out.
In light of the importance of the role, the Rossoneri management are likely take all the time necessary to make sure that they get the right man in, and to explore all the possible avenues available.
